Manoj Philip Mathen is a technology executive with over 23 years of experience leading enterprise AI, data science, cloud, and digital transformation initiatives. He is a Managing Director at Accenture, focused on accelerating enterprise transformation through Oracle technologies, AI, and cloud innovation.

Previously, Manoj led AI, Innovation & Modelling for Wells Fargo's Global Operations across India and the Philippines, driving the development and operationalization of AI solutions in a highly regulated environment. Before Wells Fargo, he served as a Chief Architect at Oracle, leading AI and Data Science initiatives across the JAPAC region. Earlier in his career, he held technology architecture and leadership roles at Infosys.

Manoj is also a PhD scholar in Information Systems at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, where his research examines the organizational challenges of AI adoption and operationalization. He holds multiple US patents and has authored research publications and book chapters spanning AI, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.

His professional interests lie at the intersection of enterprise AI strategy, agentic systems, responsible AI, and technology-led business transformation, with a particular focus on translating emerging technologies into scalable, measurable enterprise outcomes.
